Executive President of Wajaha Co Mr. Saadi Al-Shammari has announced that the company is currently marketing about 400 villas and about 60 residential units whose value is more than 300 million Riyals, and it is expected that the company will market more than 1000 villas next year with value reaching to about 600 million Riyals and he added that most villas are currently under execution so that customer can participate in selecting designs and internal finishing suiting with him form both taste and income aspects.

Mr. Saadi Abdulkarim Al-Shammari has tackled integrated departments within the company, which include marketing department that makes direct coordination between properties owners, customers and financing with banks, sales department that sells in installment to individuals and establishments. He mentioned that there is an important department, which is computer and development department that considered as a support to both marketing and sales processes because it connects customers with company, banking finance and real-estate companies via internet network, which contributes in implementing and performing both installment and financing processes.
